Neuro Training School
About Us!
Neuro Training School Australia was founded by Gemma Eves and her brother Josh. Gemma trained as a massage therapist in Australia in 2001. She built her career across several countries and later created NeuroMassage UK and a multi-award winning clinic. She went on to establish the Neuro Training School, which now supports students worldwide.
When Gemma returned her focus to Australia, she saw a clear gap. Therapists and carers wanted to support people with neurological conditions, yet no specialist training existed. Neuro Training School Australia was created to fill this gap and to raise the standard of care in rehabilitation, wellness, and complex needs support.
Australia has a strong wellness market. There is growing interest in inclusive, accessible care. Our school helps meet this need by offering practical, evidence informed education in neurological wellness and complex needs care.

Founder's Story
Built on over 20 years of neurological wellness practice.
When Gemma moved to the United Kingdom, she founded NeuroMassage UK and later built a multi-award-winning clinic. Her work highlighted something important.
Many people with neurological conditions wanted support. Many therapists wanted to help them. Yet the training did not exist.
This gap shaped the direction of her career. She created specialist programs that gave therapists the skills to work safely, respectfully, and effectively with complex presentations.
Neuro Training School Australia was created by Gemma Eves. Her story in this field started in 2001 when she trained as a massage therapist in Australia. She began her career with a focus on hands-on care, then worked internationally in clinics and wellness settings. Over time, she became known for her work with people who lived with neurological conditions and complex needs.
This gap shaped the direction of her career. She created specialist programs that gave therapists the skills to work safely, respectfully, and effectively with complex presentations.
After years of success in the United Kingdom, Gemma decided to bring this work back to Australia. She partnered with her brother Josh to create Neuro Training School Australia. Together they set out to make specialist neurological training accessible to therapists, carers, and wellness professionals across the country.
Gemma believes Australia has an opportunity to lead in neurological wellness. The demand for inclusive, evidence-informed care is growing. There is a strong need for education that helps practitioners support clients who have long-term conditions, disabilities, injuries, and complex needs.
Neuro Training School Australia was founded to meet this need with clear teaching, practical skills, and high professional standards.
Her vision is simple. Every practitioner deserves the knowledge to support clients with confidence. Every client deserves care that respects their condition and supports their comfort and wellbeing. Neuro Training School Australia exists to bring this vision to life.

Our Philosophy
| S/N0. | Values | What It Looks Like in Practice |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Consent | Every touch is requested, never assumed. The client leads. |
| 2 | Dignity | We treat everybody and ability with equal respect and presence. |
| 3 | Safety | We create environments where clients feel emotionally and physically safe – always. |
| 4 | Listening | The body speaks volumes. We slow down and respond with attuned presence. |
| 5 | Adaptability | No two clients are the same. Techniques shift based on real-time needs. |
| 6 | Regulation | We don’t aim to fix – we support calm, connection, and nervous system balance. |
| 7 | Collaboration | We work with clients, caregivers, and professionals to build integrated care. |
| 8 | Inclusion | Our touch includes everyone – especially those often left out. |
| 9 | Slowness | Slowness is not laziness. It’s precision, presence, and respect. |
| 10 | Soulfulness | This is human work. It’s tender, transformative, and deeply felt. |
