1. Online Course Refunds
Because our courses include immediate access to digital materials, refunds are generally not offered after enrolment. Please review course information carefully before enrolling.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider a refund request in valid situations such as:
- Duplicate enrolment
- Technical issues that prevent access
- Administrative errors on our side
Requests are handled case by case.
3. Change of Mind
Refunds are not offered for change of mind, personal preference, or lack of time to complete the course.
4. Incorrect Course Selection
If you enrol in the wrong course by mistake, contact us within 48 hours. We can transfer your enrolment to the correct course if you have not progressed through the content.
5. Payment Plans
If you enrol using a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Refunds are not offered for incomplete payment plans unless approved under the exceptional circumstances listed above.
6. Course Access
Once you enrol, you receive access to digital materials. You are responsible for maintaining your login details and stable internet access.

8. Processing Time
